ChairFull

Find out why your practice isn’t in Google’s top three, and fix it.

Local SEO for independent dental practices in the US. For $199, I compare your Google profile, reviews and website with the three practices Google shows first, send you a written report, and fix your Google profile within 48 hours.

I’m taking on five founding practices. They pay after they’ve read their report, and only if they found it useful.

First page of a sample ChairFull audit for a Boise practice: map rank about #34, 4.9 rating, 173 reviews against a top-three average of 494, three priority fixes and a comparison table with the three practices Google shows first.

What I found in Boise, Idaho, in October 2026

Before offering this to anyone, I reviewed 50 independent dental practices around Boise and looked closely at 10 of them. These are the kinds of problems that keep a good practice off the map.

494

Average number of Google reviews for the three practices shown first for “dentist boise id”.

The 10 practices I looked at closely had between 104 and 173.

4 of 50

Listed under “Dental clinic” on Google instead of “Dentist”.

The main category decides which searches a practice can appear in. It takes two minutes to change.

1 of 10

Website address showed a “this domain isn’t connected” page.

Every patient who tapped “Website” on Google reached a dead end.

1 of 10

“Book Appointment” buttons that didn’t go anywhere.

1 of 10

Three separate Google listings splitting the practice’s reviews.

1 of 10

Homepage heading still read “Heading 1”, left over from the website template.

I don’t name the practices here. Every finding was checked by hand in a browser, and if one of them is yours, I’ll send you your full report.

What the audit checks

Twelve checks in four areas, each with what I found, why it matters, the fix, and who does it.

Google profile

  • Main category is “Dentist”, with the right secondary categories
  • Services listed, with a short description of each
  • Hours, phone number and booking link
  • Recent photos of the office, team and building

Reviews

  • Rating and review count against the top three nearby
  • Replies to reviews, written so they never confirm someone is a patient

Website

  • Works properly on a phone
  • A page for each main treatment
  • Name, address and phone match Google exactly
  • Call and booking buttons visible without scrolling

Directories

  • Listed on Healthgrades, Yelp, Bing and Apple Maps
  • No duplicate or out-of-date listings

Each check gets one of four results:

  • Pass
  • Needs work
  • Problem
  • Check with access

“Check with access” means I can’t see it from outside your Google profile, so I say so instead of guessing.

Pricing

Start with the audit. The monthly plan is optional, and you can stop it any month.

How it works

  1. Book a free call

Tell me your practice and the town you want to show up in. I look up where you rank before we talk.

  2. Add me as a Manager

Manager access to your Google profile, never Owner. You can remove it at any time. I don’t need patient records.

  3. Get the report in 48 hours

Your Google profile is fixed by then. Do the rest yourself, or have me do it on the monthly plan.

Suryansh Garg, founder of ChairFull

Hi, I’m Suryansh Garg.

I work only with independent dental practices, and only on how patients find them on Google. I’m based in Bangalore, India, and work with practices in the US remotely, by email and video call.

ChairFull is new, so I don’t have years of case studies to show you. That’s why the first five practices pay only after they’ve read their report, and why every report says what I could and couldn’t check.

Questions practices ask

Can you guarantee the #1 spot?
No. Google decides rankings, and nobody can promise a position. I fix what Google looks at, check your rank every month, and show you what changed.
How long does it take to see a difference?
Google profile changes usually show up within 2 to 6 weeks. New treatment pages take 2 to 4 months.
Do you see patient information?
No. I never need patient records, and review replies are written so they never confirm that someone is your patient.
We already pay a marketing company.
That’s fine. The audit shows where you stand on the map today, which is a useful check on any company’s work.

On a short call I’ll show you your Google map position for “dentist” in your town, and the three changes that would help most.
